Sella Hotel is a privately developed boutique property bringing considered five-star international standards to the capital of Guinea. Conceived for business travellers, diplomats, and discerning visitors, it will offer a quiet, confident alternative to the region's existing accommodations.
Rising in Kipé, in the north of the city, the hotel is scheduled to open its doors in December 2026. Every element — from architecture and interiors to service culture — is being shaped by an international team with a shared attention to craft, restraint, and place.

At the heart of the hotel, a destination restaurant and bar drawing on West African ingredients and international technique — patterned encaustic floors, a marble-topped bar, and evening light over the city. A place to gather, to linger, to return.

Crowning the hotel, an open-air rooftop bar beneath a retractable glass canopy – garden planting, an open sky, and views across Conakry to the Atlantic. Mornings for coffee, evenings for something longer.
